Asking questions and constantly learning are very important to me. Having an open mind, exploring new possibilities and learning from the world bring me joy. I love the challenge of building user-centered solutions for complex systems through problem-solving and framing.
Ambiguity is an inevitable, and often necessary, part of the designer's process. As a designer, I have developed the critical skill of sifting through ambiguity to deliver impact. I view myself as a bricoleur - adept at adapting to the situation and creatively employing the available resources to come up with unique solutions.
empathy before everything
I believe as designers our job is to create experiences that cater to the whole human experience. Although it can be difficult sometimes to step away and look at things from the user’s perspective – to think about whether or not something makes sense, to think about the different contexts your design will be used in - in the end, connections boost creativity.
